Sienna studied Hospitality in her final two years of secondary education with top results and then continued on to study Patisserie at Ultimo Tafe gaining valuable skills and knowledge to create her own business.
Self taught and inspired by the constant evolution of food. Her aim is to achieve the co-existence of hearty food and new innovation with the highest quality result.
Sienna has worked within the hospitality industry and collaborated with the likes of Nespresso, Shop Til You Drop Magazine, Grazia Magazine and further catered for Event Launches, PR Seasonal Showings, Birthdays, Christenings, Weddings and other special occasions.
